Mr. D’Alessandro joined McKechnie Aerospace in January 2008 as Vice President and Controller, having joined us with 18 years of experience in the aerospace industry. He is responsible for all aspects of financial management and reporting for Mckechnie Aerospace.  Prior to joining McKechnie Aerospace, Mr. D’Alessandro held a similar position with K&F Industries Inc., a leading manufacturer of aircraft wheels, brakes, brake control systems and fuel tanks which was recently acquired by Meggitt USA. Mr. D’Alessandro spent 17 years with K&F Industries, Inc. and was involved in numerous recapitalizations of the company, a successful Initial Public Offering and the subsequent sale of the company. Prior to joining K&F Industries, Inc., Mr. D’Alessandro spent 1 year as a senior internal auditor with Loral Corporation, a defense contractor, and 3 years with Arthur Andersen and Company where he supervised audits and gained expertise in accounting and financial reporting. Mr. D’Alessandro holds a BBA in Accounting from Hofstra University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
