 Mr. McGowan joined Hartwell Corporation in January of 2000 as a Sales and Marketing Manager. In July, 2003, he was promoted to Director of Marketing for McKechnie Aerospace Structures Group where he was responsible for providing overall sales and marketing oversight for HASCO®, Tyee Aircraft, and TAC, including the preparation of business and sales strategies, competitive analyses, sales budgets, sales forecasts, customer problem resolution, and contract negotiations. In June 2004, he was again promoted to his current position of Vice President of HASCO®, directing the business operation of HASCO® and executing its strategic plan. Prior to coming to Hartwell, Mr. McGowan was the Manager of Marketing at Cherry Textron where he was involved in strategic planning, forecasting, trade show planning and advertising/promotion of their product line. As Director of Industrial Marketing for Fairchild Fasteners, he managed the efforts of the Industrial Sales Team and performed strategic planning and forecasting. At Ventura Transfer, Mr. McGowan held the position of Marketing and Sales Manager where he managed key corporate accounts. Mr. McGowan possesses a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sales Management from Cal State University – Fullerton and holds an MBA Degree in International Marketing from Chapman University.
